High-strength structural design: The column-type porcelain insulator adopts a solid non-breakable porcelain body structure, combined with an optimized column foot surface design. The mechanical failure load reaches 12.5KN, which can stably withstand the weight of the conductor, wind load and vibration impact, meeting the long-term support requirements of high-voltage structures.
Excellent insulation performance: The creepage distance is 737mm, the dry flashover voltage is 125KV, the wet flashover voltage is 100KV, the positive and negative impulse flashover voltages reach 210KV and 260KV respectively, effectively blocking leakage and arc flashover.
Weather resistance and anti-fouling characteristics: The kaolin-fired porcelain body has both high-temperature resistance and strong corrosion resistance. The umbrella skirt structure enhances self-cleaning ability, enabling stable operation in high humidity, heavy pollution and harsh environments such as mines, without aging or deterioration.
