It is compatible with the existing line construction process.
Made of high-alumina ceramic material, with stable mechanical performance: The high-purity alumina ceramic material is fired at high temperatures, resulting in a high density and hard texture of the ceramic body. The mechanical failure load is stable at 70kN, capable of withstanding mechanical loads such as conductor tension and wind force impact. The insulation resistance is high and the dielectric loss is small. The performance does not show significant degradation throughout the operation cycle and is not prone to cracking or damage.
Low operation and maintenance costs, wide grid adaptability: Strong operational stability. Daily inspections only require manual visual checks to quickly identify defects. There is no need for frequent live-line detection. After a fault, the remaining mechanical strength can prevent the insulator string from breaking off, reducing the frequency of line emergency repairs, and meeting the operation requirements of different levels of grids, thereby reducing long-term operation costs.
