U70C (XP-70C) is a 70kN suspension porcelain insulator, suitable for 10kV and above AC overhead transmission lines. It adopts the national standard ball socket connection structure. The high-purity high-aluminum porcelain body is produced through high-temperature sintering. It has excellent insulation and mechanical properties, with an optimized umbrella design to enhance dirt resistance. It has strong compatibility in installation with various hardware fittings, is resistant to weathering and aging, and is the conventional preferred core component for insulation fixation in high-voltage power grid lines.

Product Uses

  • 10kV and above overhead transmission lines for AC power: As core insulating components, they are applied to 10kV to 220kV overhead transmission lines to achieve insulation isolation and mechanical fixation between conductors and towers as well as the earth, capable of withstanding the mechanical tension and high-voltage electric field impact during normal operation of the lines.

  • Insulation of substation busbars and electrical equipment: Suitable for the insulation and fixation of busbars in various substations and external live conductors of outdoor electrical equipment, able to withstand the complex electric field environment within the substation, effectively isolating different potential conductors and preventing leakage and short-circuiting problems.

  • Rural power grid upgrading projects lines: Widely used in high-voltage transmission lines in rural power grid upgrading projects, adapted to the erection environment of multiple hills and farmlands in rural areas.

  • High-voltage distribution lines in urban-rural fringe areas: Applicable to high-voltage distribution lines in the urban-rural fringe areas.
